International Executive Coach Association (IECA) is a non-profit organisation of executive coaching professionals trained and certified in the Executive Coaching Management Program by IE Business School.
We are defined by our experience and training in executive coaching, as well as our profound knowledge of the corporate environment with professional careers in managerial positions, high academic formation and proper code of ethics which is demonstrated by our good praxis.
Since 2010, IE Business School has relied on us for the realisation of executive coaching processes which complement their EMBA and Executive Education programs.
We carry out more than 2500 hours of executive coaching annually. Our online formats in different languages allow us to extend our services wherever they may be required.
Continuous evaluation from our clients has shown a 95% overall satisfaction, which guarantees the excellent quality of all our processes.
