As a result, the LOPD<\/strong> obliges INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE COACH ASSOCIATION<\/strong>, hereinafter IECA<\/strong>, and all its employees and\/or coaches with access to personal data to protect the information<\/strong> stored in its systems and those of its clients.<\/p>\n

IECA<\/strong> guarantees compliance with the Organic Law 15\/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data<\/strong>, which aims to guarantee and protect the fundamental rights and freedoms<\/strong> of individuals in relation to the processing of their personal data, particularly their honor, personal and family privacy<\/strong>. In essence, it seeks to safeguard fundamental individual rights<\/strong>, as outlined in Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For informational purposes, a “Personal Data”<\/strong> refers to any numeric, alphabetic, graphic, photographic, acoustic, or other information related to identified or identifiable individuals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
