Executive Director of the Adjunct and Visiting Faculty at IE University since 2024, after previously serving as Associate Director from 2016 to 2024. Her career at the institution also includes teaching Spanish during the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic years. She holds a degree in Hispanic Philology with a specialization in Linguistics from the Complutense University of Madrid (1990) and furthered her education with the Pedagogical Adaptation Course in 1991. Her interest in professional development and leadership led her to complete the Executive Coaching Management Program at IE Business School in 2020, where she graduated as the top student in her class.
