Victoria has held management positions for over 30 years at IE University and IE Business School, which she has combined with coaching for executives for over 12 years. She is currently Director of Institutional Relations at IE University. She has provided nearly 500 hours of coaching to executives from companies in all sectors. She is a coaching trainer in the Coaching Management Program at IE Business School. She is a member of the board of directors of the IECA (International Executive Coach Association). She is one of the creators of the Ava Blog, dedicated to Coaching for professional and personal success. Academic qualifications: MBA from IE Business School, Degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, Coaching Management Program from IE Business School, International Teachers Program from the University of Aix en-Provence and Diploma in International Strategy from London Business School.
