With 25 years as a marketing and sales manager in multinationals and more than 1,000 hours of experience as a coach and mentor, I collaborate with postgraduate programmes, management teams, start-ups and entrepreneurs in leadership and talent development. My doctorate in psychology has allowed me to be at the forefront of organisational psychology and to collaborate with international research centres. My work on Trait Emotional Intelligence has been published by Springer. Since 2020, I have been the managing partner of EI4Business, a consultancy specialising in talent development. Through programmes, People Analytics and measurement tools, we help organisations optimise talent management.
