Personal Data is subject to strict protection and regulation under the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, “LOPD”), Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the Development of the LOPD, as well as other applicable legal provisions.
As a result, the LOPD obliges INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE COACH ASSOCIATION, hereinafter IECA, and all its employees and/or coaches with access to personal data to protect the information stored in its systems and those of its clients.
IECA guarantees compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, which aims to guarantee and protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in relation to the processing of their personal data, particularly their honor, personal and family privacy. In essence, it seeks to safeguard fundamental individual rights, as outlined in Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution.
For informational purposes, a “Personal Data” refers to any numeric, alphabetic, graphic, photographic, acoustic, or other information related to identified or identifiable individuals.
